HOW TO PROCEED
1.
Take the 3 freezer bags. In the first bag put
2 tablespoons of cream, 4 of milk and one
of cocoa. Expel the air from the bag and tie
it. Shake it and massage it so as to mix the
ingredients together.

Place the first bag inside the second and tie
them with a knot.

Use the meat tenderiser to roughly split the
ice cubes. Put the crushed ice cubes into
the third bag where you will then also place
the other two bags (one inside the other).
Pour the 2 tablespoons of coarse salt onto
the ice. Tie the third bag with another knot
(try to remove as much air as possible). Put
the gloves on and “massage” the mixture
for 5 minutes. After this period of time the
mixture inside the first bag you tied will have
solidified. Now open the bags and enjoy
your masterpiece.
CURIOSITY
Ice cream was invented in 1686 by a Sicilian
chef called Francesco Procopio dei Coltelli. It
was exported a few years later to Paris. So
the “industrial” scale spread of ice cream
throughout the world started from Sicily, to be
precise from Catania.
