What do an astronaut and a deckhand have in common?
Overalls, helmets and boots are worn by everyone working in terminals
or on the surface of the Moon. Astronauts wear spacesuits and helmets
to survive in space and terminal staff wear high-vis overalls to be
visible from vehicles in the port or in the intermodal centre, and
helmets to protect their heads from injuries. This safety clothing, even
though it’s not exactly the same, has the same purpose - protect people
from hazards in the workplace.
